Nokia C2-03 touch dan type merupakan generasi ketiga dari posel dual sim yang dimiliki Nokia. Ini merupakan penyempurna dari Nokia C2-00 yang merupakan seri pertama dan Nokia X1-01 sebagai seri yang kedua yang diluncurkan pada Juli lalu.
Salah satu Fitur andalan Nokia pada ponsel ini adalah kemampuannya mendukung dual GSM aktif (dual on). Yang menarik, pengguna bisa menggonta-ganti SIM card GSM yang terpasang di ponsel itu tanpa perlu mematikan ponsel terlebih dahulu.
Ponsel ini dilengkapi denga layar touch screen QVGA 2,6 inci dan juga keypad type, yang memeberikan kenyamanan pengguna. Kemudian ponsel ini dilengkapi kamera 2 MP, kartu memori hingga 32GB (2GB termasuk dalam paket penjualan). Nokia C2-03 merupakan ponsel touch and type yang memiliki Nokia Browser untuk memudahkan akses internet, Nokia Browser mampu mengkompresi data hingga 90 persen.
Untuk membantu para pengguna bernavigasi, Nokia juga menyertakan Nokia Maps di Nokia C2-03. Aplikasi ini sudah disertai peta lokal (sudah dimuat di ponsel), dan bisa digunakan secara offline sehingga tidak memerlukan koneksi data. Melalui Nokia Maps S40 ini pengguna dapat mengetahui berbagai lokasi seperti rumah makan, pompa bensin, ATM, tempat beribadah, dan masih banyak lagi.
